When ready
Handoff
We run the agent → we run it together → your team takes over.
Pilot pricing
$5K–$10K, one-time. Single-workflow at the lower end; multi-agent operations (like the three at NAIDA) closer to the upper end.
Ongoing cost
A Clankup subscription — typically $10s–$100s per month depending on agent count. You own the agents; you can export and move them elsewhere whenever you want.

Advisory & talks
Talks (free)
30-min sessions for business associations — “AI for SMBs — what’s actually working.” Walkthroughs of real deployments, what got built, what it cost, what changed. Past private sessions at NAIDA and Vetr.
Strategic advisory
Fixed-package engagement for founders considering AI in their roadmap. One call, plus follow-up for clarification — typically wraps in a few weeks. Honest reads, not consultant theater.
